Duties & Taxes

All duties and taxes will be covered by fervooor when your order is shipped.

Your package should not be held by customs for additional payment. If you experience any customs-related issues, please contact us at customer@fervooor.com and we'll be happy to help.

Returned & Undeliverable Packages

Orders returned due to an invalid, incomplete, or incorrect shipping address may require an additional shipping fee before they can be reshipped.

Once tracking confirms that a package has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided, fervooor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If an order is returned because of an invalid or incomplete address, or because it was unclaimed, the following reshipping fees will apply:

  • United States & Canada: USD $6

  • United Kingdom & Europe: USD $6

  • Australia: USD $6

  • Rest of the World: USD $8
